Beacon Adult Foster Care, Inc. is a proud member of the South Coast Senior Resource Association. The Senior Resource Association (SRA) is a group of professionals and service agencies with a personal and proven committment to assisting the senior population in our community. The SRA website is a one-stop guide that provides expertise and reliable information from knowledgeable resources about today’s complex issues faced by seniors and caregivers.
“Seniors today are facing numerous financial and health care challenges and are often not aware of the resources and services available to them,” says Nancy Pereira, Director of Active Day of Fairhaven Medical Adult Day Care. Each member of the SRA contributes a unique and important service to the south coast senior community. In addition to Beacon Adult Foster Care, Inc., SRA members include home health care agencies, Adult Day Health programs, safety equipment specialists, and financial, legal and medical professionals, among others.
The strong professional relationships between the SRA members and their respective agencies ensure that seniors and caregivers have a network of referral resources available to meet a wide variety of service needs.
